However, at just 77,000 miles and 3.5 years, I was told the CVT transmission needed a full replacement, estimated at $11,000–$12,000. I reached out to the service manager who was rude and condescending. I also emailed the GM, Jennifer and received no response. It’s disappointing to see that Subaru seems to have a recurring issue with CVT transmissions, and I’m now questioning my loyalty to the brand. I wouldn't recommend Subaru of Gwinnett either given their dismissiveness of this issue. More

Issa has always taken great care of my car and me. He always goes the extra mile. My car cut off on me and left me stranded. Issa sent Caesar to drop me off a loaner. I don’t know how they were able to get my car to the shop, but Caesar did. Issa had the mechanics to go over my car with a fine tooth comb and they repaired her like new. I was unable to pick my car up and Issa had Caesar to deliver my car to me and pickup the loaner. The transaction was smooth as silk. Subaru of Gwinnett Rocks!! More

I test drove a vehicle at the used car lot only drove around the block but it didn’t expose that the vehicle had problems with the brake sensor module and when I brought the vehicle and drove home the li around the block but it didn’t expose that the vehicle had problems with the brake sensor module and when I brought the vehicle and drove home the light came on and I took the vehicle back the next day, they said the problem was tire pressure but when I left the light came back on and I had to bring the vehicle back again and they fixed the front sensor but didn’t replace all four sensors and the problem still exists today and now the dealership wants me to pay $410.00 dollars to fix the problem that should have been fixed when they installed new tires on the vehicle before I purchased the vehicle. The dealership don’t seem to understand my concern and only wants me to pay for a problem that existed when I left the dealership the night I purchased the vehicle .only had vehicle less than thirty days!!!
