I just had my first service (3000 mile) on my 2012 Legacy and it was much more painless than other dealers I have used. They did the oil change and worked on my passenger side door. Now the door had a squeak and it was much more painless than other dealers I have used. They did the oil change and worked on my passenger side door. Now the door had a squeaky sound in it on the road. So the tech and I went for a ride and so often the case with things like that it did not squeak once. The tech was like I have one thing I can do and he tried it out and it worked the first try. I a VERY pleased with the service department and Jill and the techs are great to work with. If you have a subaru even one that you did not buy there I would drive to SOG just for the service department. More

This is my 2nd Subaru from SOG, Forester for 3 years and now the Tribeca, and Jill has been there to take care of me from the beginning. We gave the Forester to my daughter and she loves it.
