Made an appointment a while back to have airbag recall service done on my Outback. Pulled in today at my appointment time - no wait. Facility was spotless. Service personnel greeted me politely. Free coffee while I signed some paperwork for a free loaner. Out the door in a jiffy with a like-new loaner. Was called a couple of hours later that my car was ready. Returned to find my car had been completely washed, checked for any work needed, fluids checked, etc. - surprised to hear no additional work required! Elisa, my service representative, was great. Everyone was great. Top shelf car dealership!! More

I had to have him repeat what he had said because I was so surprised. He confirmed that they would give me a complimentary car wash if I would like. That is why I say, "Beyond what I expected." More
