Made an appointment a while back to have airbag recall service done on my Outback. Pulled in today at my appointment time - no wait. Facility was spotless. Service personnel greeted me politely. Free coffee while I signed some paperwork for a free loaner. Out the door in a jiffy with a like-new loaner. Was called a couple of hours later that my car was ready. Returned to find my car had been completely washed, checked for any work needed, fluids checked, etc. - surprised to hear no additional work required! Elisa, my service representative, was great. Everyone was great. Top shelf car dealership!! More

I was greeted immediately by Kyle and led to the waiting area. They took the car right in and found out the airbag did not have to be replaced. Then Esa asked if I would like a car wash. I had to have him repeat what he had said because I was so surprised. He confirmed that they would give me a complimentary car wash if I would like. That is why I say, "Beyond what I expected." More
