Great service experience I stopped in to buy a master key for a used Outback I purchased in Florida , where I live and drove the car to Duluth for my daughter's use. After ge I stopped in to buy a master key for a used Outback I purchased in Florida , where I live and drove the car to Duluth for my daughter's use. After getting the key from Summer in parts dept she ask service if they could squeeze me in to have the key programmed to the car. I was pleasantly surprised how accommodating this dealership was. I spoke to Issa, an advisor, and since it was my first visit he keyed in my info and noticed there were 3 open recalls. He offered to take care of the recalls as well if I could leave the car with him. He also offered a loaner car if I needed one. Almost all dealers down my way would not offer loaners unless the serviced car was purchased from them. After the next day the car was ready. I can promise Subaru of Gwinnett one thing, when it's time to purchase a new Subaru I will make that trip because of their outstanding customer service offered to me. More

She’ll be disrespectful to me, a customer then get red and angry when I asked that she not speak to me like I’m ignorant just because I may be asking questions she is unable to answer. Perhaps Subaru of Gwinnett should find a better and more equipped Service Manager who can handle the pace of their job. Will not be returning and cannot trust a dealership with my car if they are comfortable hiring someone who is not prepared or able to function at their job of being the “Service Manager.” More

Very good service and no problem there so far. However, when I asked to diagnose a problem not related to warranty/re-call, wrong recommendation was provided to me that was not related to the issue at hand. Furthermore, I was recommended to replace items that were already installed earlier and are in perfect operational condition. I took my car to another mechanic who diagnosed car’s problem correctly and in under 10 minutes. I am quite unhappy about this occurance and hope that service management will look into this issue. I will inform service manager about this as well. More
