second time retiming the front paseanger window control on July 3, I will have had the outback for one year, and yet, I am not really happy with the outback - it lacks features I thought I was buying - like on July 3, I will have had the outback for one year, and yet, I am not really happy with the outback - it lacks features I thought I was buying - like a touch lift close button, and GPS connection on the screen - I am happy with the ride I get, and the mileage I get. But the lift door - it is wears on me - it doesn't close easily - and and the lift door light comes on alot . just wish I had that button. However, the service personnel have been great - so - that's why I give you all a 4 - More

I'm always greeted quickly and pleasantly, they give me an approximate time my car will be finished (and its usually done quicker), the waiting room is clean and comfortable and beverages and snacks are available. I'm always treated like an important customer and I feel like my car is well taken care of. More

Only hiccup was I was left waiting for the service writer to get with me, after 20 minutes, I found someone who immediately helped and thereafter, all was great. Smooth out that rough spot by letting me know how long I should expect to wait and be sure to communicate if things are slow. More

Made an appointment dropped it off early and got a call when completed. Recently had an evap system leak repaired. Also had a recall associated with fuel tank covered. During the service an additional engine code.. The additional engine code was also covered by the recall. Saved me over a thousand dollars because of honesty and inegrity of staff. Got many other repair recommendations but didnt feel presured to pursue. Seriously considering making them my sole service provider. And biggest win with both trips was that end total ended up being more than 100 dollars less than what was quoted. More

When questioned, they offered to “put the car on the rack & check”. Why would I trust them?! Complimentary “wash” left streaks (dirty/clean) from car wash, bugs & greasy palm print on hood.
