Great Customer Service Took my Crosstrek in because it was having acceleration/shifting issues. They discovered that the previous place I had taken my car to have the oil ch Took my Crosstrek in because it was having acceleration/shifting issues. They discovered that the previous place I had taken my car to have the oil changed had overfilled the oil, causing the problems I was experiencing. They fixed it and didn't charge me anything! Also, they took me in the same day I called and was able to take care of my car and provide a loaner for 1 day on short notice. Great people. Alyssa was a pleasure to work with. More

Service required 2 trips Friendly staff. Went for my first maintenance service. Had an issue with my keyless entry that I pointed out, The technician was unable to reset the s Friendly staff. Had an issue with my keyless entry that I pointed out, The technician was unable to reset the setting and was too concerned with sending me in my way to make sure I left with no problem. He promised to call me with a solution, but I had to call back the following day to follow up. The problem required a computer reboot, which required another drive to the dealership. Would have liked to have it taken care of he first visit. My experience during the second visit was much better, and the issue was resolved. I think my issue was an isolated incident. The service department is very customer oriented and helpful. More
