Covered under warranty? I THINK NOT! I was told that I needed new brake pads and rotors on my 2018 STi which is my daily. I was told that it was covered under warranty, so I preceded to g I was told that I needed new brake pads and rotors on my 2018 STi which is my daily. I was told that it was covered under warranty, so I preceded to give the dealership my car and told that it would be finished in 2 hours. 2hrs roll by and was told that the brake pads were not in stock and would be 3 days to receive. So 2 days later I receive a phone call saying that I would not be covered under warranty out of the blue which came as a surprised to me. When asked why I only received a “we need the report from the field engineer” which as been almost a week. So tell me subaru of Gwinnett what was the reason that my brake pads were not covered? Also side note Issa Kone was a great advisor and gave me everything I needed to know and helped me to the last min so none of this is his fault. More

Great Experience Brought car in for tire replacement. Had a great experience with Kyle and Subaru of Gwinnett.
