She was very helpful, informative about the tire options, and I was able to get the tires changed without being inconvenienced as I was eligible for a loaner vehicle. I'm very happy with the tires I chose, and she explained the details of the rebate submission so that I was easily able to file for it. I've enjoyed working with her, and I enjoyed working with Adam Anderson who was my salesman two years ago. More
Not up to par with past visits This was my fifth visit. All prior visits were handled in a quick but professional and courteous manner. Let me hasten to say that no one was rude. This was my fifth visit. All prior visits were handled in a quick but professional and courteous manner. Let me hasten to say that no one was rude. However personal service has slipped a little. When I arrived I was not met by anyone for about five minutes, then when service was completed and my car was returned to the exit pickup area I had to find someone to point out that my car was ready to go. These are "small" things, and maybe not so note worthy. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I feel confident that my Outback was in good hands. More

Not as attentive as they once were. My 2018 Outback was in the Service department for over 10 days due to a part on backorder. I left 3 messages for an update. Although the new part fixed the problem not everything was put back together correctly. Just not like Subaru of Gwinnett !! More

I trust them to be more knowledgeable and caring regarding my car. The relationship I have with this service department has caused us to be a two subaru family . This is also why i will return to SOG to purchase my next Outback! I dont know the last names of many of the individuals who have assisted me but I appreciate the impressive staffing of this service department and its manager! More
Rethinking the Dealership I wasn't a fan of going to the "stealership" for any services, as I've had such terrible experiences in the past. But this is my first Subaru and my I wasn't a fan of going to the "stealership" for any services, as I've had such terrible experiences in the past. But this is my first Subaru and my first oil change with Subaru of Gwinnet (the first oil change was free -bonus, especially with the prices of synthetic oil). I found the service exceptionally courteous, as the waiting rooms were comfortable and amenable. The service person (Jeff) assigned to my experience kept me informed throughout the process and while there was some up-selling, I couldn't deny I needed to new wipers and engine filter (I actually had my local service recommend an engine filter prior to coming so I was comfortable it truly was needed). They also recommended a new cabin filter, but I declined until next time as I can't see replacing this every 6 months. But there was no attitude when I made this decision - all so very different from my previous dealership experiences. They washed my car and vacuumed the interior and the service person even took the time to go through the digital menus and set my next service reminder. Unfortunately, when I purchased the vehicle I was in a hurry and didn't have time to take the sales person up on his offer to do so. I wan't planning on returning to the dealership for further service, but I think I will now. The car wash, waiting room comfort, expertise, and honest recommendations as to what I needed (although I'm sure there's always an opportunity to "sell") has changed my mind about dealerships - at least this one. I'm very comfortable planning my next service visit with them. More

If something was found or if was going to take longer than expected someone would always come and sit an speak with the customer. She answered our questions and made sure the technicians checked out our issues with GPS. This was easily the best service experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Not only was Alyssa good at her job, she made us feel very comfortable. Also had a chance to chat with Adam (our sales rep) who we also appreciate. So far, Gwinnett Subaru gets an A+ from Bill and Leanne! More
