Got lied to, in my 1 and only experience with them. I was quoted $2000 to fix the sunroof on my 2011 outback. It was stuck open and the car isn't worth enough to warrant that kind of expense. I asked if was quoted $2000 to fix the sunroof on my 2011 outback. It was stuck open and the car isn't worth enough to warrant that kind of expense. I asked if it could just be closed instead of made to work and was told no. I found out today that there is a manual crank on the sunroof motor that allowed me to close the sunroof. I was blatantly lied to by the service department and will never visit there again. More
