I have always been treated well during the purchase of my car and with the level of service at Subaru of Gwinnett. After some initial services I changed to another dealership in Chattanooga, as it was closer car and with the level of service at Subaru of Gwinnett. After some initial services I changed to another dealership in Chattanooga, as it was closer for me and less traffic to deal with driving from North Ga. Big mistake. I received the worst level of service I have ever experienced at a new car dealership, to the point of putting my safety at risk by not fixing something they were given direct instructions to correct. I decided at that point to deal with the added traffic and mileage switching back to Subaru of Gwinnett. The only issue I have experienced with them is when I brought my Outback in for a scheduled service and wanted them to check out a surging/shifting issue while there. I had to leave my car with them to do so. What should have taken another day at most ended up taking another 4 days with no updates forthcoming during that time, even with calls made and voice messages left to inquire on its status. They did provide me with a loaner vehicle, thank goodness, so it did not impact me with any severity. Long story short, they admitted to dropping the ball and William Garcia personally made it all right with me. He listened to my concerns, never once side-stepped the issues or acted like he was in a hurry, accepted dealership responsibility and took ownership of my problem and addressed it to my satisfaction. Best experience I have ever had with a large dealership service manager of any automotive brand. I realize that things do not always go right when multiple people are involved at a service center but what makes the difference is how that establishment handles it when things do go wrong. Subaru of Gwinnett handled it extremely well and I will continue using them for all my needed services. More

Professional and personable from start to finish as always. The service team promised delivery within 2 hours and kept the promise.
