First time I can say that my experience was not the best. Other than the reasonable pricing on my service; the unavailability of a loaner car for me was disappointing. I waited around 2 hours, even though i was quoted almost a 3 hr wait time. The loaner car would of satisfied some tasks I needed to attend, but apparently, that is time that I will not get back, especially since I am working as well. The negative part is the associate did not even inform me of the unavailability of the loaner car until I asked, after he would confirm the availability on his own. That was disappointing that I was not a focus once I was placed in a waiting room. I came in for a major milestone service, but treated, as if I came in for a simple oil change. More

I came to Subaru of Gwinnett for an oil change which I had scheduled at least a week prior. Although I was "Checked in" quickly, I was then totally forgotten and even though I asked two different people had scheduled at least a week prior. Although I was "Checked in" quickly, I was then totally forgotten and even though I asked two different people about 4 times what was happening, I was not seen until at least an hour later than my appointment. The firs time I asked I was told that my adviser was looking at the car and would be with me in about 5 minutes later. 45 minutes later, I flagged this person down again to point out that I still hadn't heard anything...and this after advising a roving employee that I had been there for a good while and not heard anything. This roving employee said she would check on it and I never heard another word from her. When I pointed out to the first person that I was still waiting, he did go out immediately to see what the status was and came back to report that they hadn't even started on the evaluation of my car...and this was after her had told me that my advisor was checking my car and would be with me in 5 minutes. Although this person THEN stepped in to get my car serviced, I felt the service was very poor! Unfortunately, the last time I was at this dealership, I had another unpleasant experience, which I reported. They apparently overbook because there were at least 7 - 8 people in the waiting areas who were there when I arrived and still there when I left. Think I will be shopping for another dealership. More

Went in for an oil change that took 2 hrs and 40 mins. I was told an hour to 1-1/2 when I got there after making an appt online. I understand the situation and you need some time due to uncertainty, but t I was told an hour to 1-1/2 when I got there after making an appt online. I understand the situation and you need some time due to uncertainty, but this was crazy. I could have taken my care to a quick lube center and drove less time to get there. But, the car came from your dealership brand new and this was the first oil change. I suggest that there is better communication through the process as I had nobody update me except for a little lady walking around saying - "oh sir, you have been here a while - can I get you anything?" I said, "Yesm my vehicle and that was 2-1/2 hrs in the process. Not impressed at all. The bad part is - its a new vehicle and should be maintained by the dealer. I have limited choices due to Subaru has SO MANY dealers around ATL and NE, GA. More
