Who is your Service Manager. I called her about a week ago with a detailed voice mail. This lady never called me back. I want her name and phone number so I can talk to her directly. At present when I call for this message, I get hung up on.. Maybe this should be directly escalated to Subaru American.

After a year bringing my 2018 Subaru Legacy in for electrical issues and battery replacements, I have come to the conclusion your mechanics are incompetent and your customer service is overworked and cannot keep up with the level of customers seeking repairs. Tomorrow, I am taking my car to an electrical specialist who will replace my battery with one that is a proper size. If this new battery fails, he will then check the car for any electrical drain. I have requested your people check my car for any electrical drain at least four times over the last year with no success. Going forward, Hughes Subaru in Athens Georgia was more than happy to take over servicing both my 2022 Subaru Legacy and my 2018 Subaru Legacy. If in the future, if I decide to purchase another Subaru, I will make that purchase with Hughes Subaru.
