Jeff in Service was excellent, the work was completed and recall completed along with other service work recommended and under warranty. My rating of 4 is because when we got our car back it was infested wi recall completed along with other service work recommended and under warranty. My rating of 4 is because when we got our car back it was infested with ants so the car must have been parked on an ant mound. I grabbed the service supervisor Jill?and she found some spray and wiped the rocker panel. All looked OK until we got hometo find a swarm in the back seats. It took us 4 days to rid the car of ants. Check your parking areas. More

Work seems to have been done well, but we could not get communication with our rep. I called numerous times and left messages which were not returned. I believe the people who worked on the car did a good job and we appreciated having a loaner during that time. Thanks to all who worked with us. More
I brought my 2018 Subaru Legacy in for about the 5th time due to a dead battery. I bought the car in September 2021 from Adam in sales. He was great! Because of continued battery problems, I replaced the b due to a dead battery. I bought the car in September 2021 from Adam in sales. He was great! Because of continued battery problems, I replaced the battery in November 2021. The car only had 19,000 miles on it. A week ago, I left a detailed voice mail for the so-called female service manager over my continued problems. Crickets, she did not even have the curtesy to return my call. Would never recommend this dealership for service. More
