Once I got an appointment and arrived at the dealership, service was impeccable. I felt well taken care of, and the gentleman handling my case was very communicative and helpful. Getting an appointment was very difficult, and the ladies at the front desk seemed bothered each time I reached out. I called 5 times and each time either no one answered, or answered briefly (and seemed annoyed) and transferred me to someone's voicemail or someone who was unable to help me. It was like they had no interest in helping, they were just trying to get me off the phone. So incredibly frustrating. When we arrived at the service department to pick up our vehicle, both ladies at the front desk were on their phones and seemed annoyed that they had to help us. The service department was great, but the ladies at the front desk are less than helpful and are like a hurdle you have to get over in order to get in. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. More

I waited 3 hours again just for an oil change! I had an appointment at 11:00 and it was almost 2:00 before I got out of their! I sat there over 2 hours before they even let me know that they were I had an appointment at 11:00 and it was almost 2:00 before I got out of their! I sat there over 2 hours before they even let me know that they were about to start on my car! Ridiculous especially since I was there with my 2 year old granddaughter! She said they got swamped! Well i had an appointment! You take cars back until you take care of the appointments that are there! Then it cost 90.00 she said she gave me a discount! Nope because I usually pay 79.00. I told her that is bot a discount! But I had to leave! I have always used you to get my oil changed every time but I probably wont go back! That is why I make appointments!! More
This Service Center went above and beyond! Issa Kone was so wonderful and caring. I drove into the service center in hysterics after my rear passenger window exploded while driving on the free Issa Kone was so wonderful and caring. The service was excellent as always; but I was promised to have my car detailed on my next visit from the last time I was there. I was told the person who made the promise left a week ago and did not nota to have my car detailed on my next visit from the last time I was there. I was told the person who made the promise left a week ago and did not notate anything in the computer.
