I had contacted several dealerships in the Atlanta area requesting prices on both an Outback and a Crosstrek. We couldn't decide which we wanted. One dealership returned my online inquiry fairly quickly but couldn't answer some of my questions. Then we drove to the dealership closest to our home at 7:45 one evening (they close at 8:00 PM) only to see the employees walking to their cars to leave. They saw us and left anyway. Lance at Subaru of Gwinnett had answered our inquiry as well. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He made the car buying experience so easy and gave us a great price. He showed us both the Crosstrek and the Outback and helped us understand the differences in size and features, with absolutely no pressure to buy one over the other. We picked the Outback. The price was great, the paperwork and process were easy. We financed through the dealership as well and everything went smoothly. Lance was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend the dealership and encourage you to seek out Lance. More

Our first scheduled service was fine and we were surprised about the unexpected complimentary car wash. Our Outback was recalled due to the steering column problem which did affect our car. Elizabeth contacted us while we were in Ohio that action was needed. She provided the information we needed and promised whatever assistance we needed to get home. We took the car to Wagner Subaru in Dayton who corrected the defect and facilitated our extra time in Dayton. Altogether, our Subaru experience thus far has been very positive. More

He was friendly and patient with my questions and indecision between two certified preowned choices and then my abrupt change to go with a new Forrester that combined the features I liked from each of the used vehicles in the color I truly wanted. He arranged to get the hitch I wanted installed and the vehicle detailed so that I could pick it up the same day. He then spent time with me going over all of the technology features of the car and even helped me program some of the settings. He has even followed up with me since the sale to see if I have questions. I could not be more satisfied with the experience and my new Forrester. More
