My purchase experience was very smooth and relaxed. I did a lot of investigation on the internet and read reviews about vehicles in Consumer Reports for several years. Subaru seemed to have their act together better than other auto makers. I examined many makes and models and decided Subaru was the way to go. I created a list of all the items and features I needed and searched dealer inventory for the vehicle. Subaru of Gwinnett had two cars that fit my needs so I called the dealership and Jim Heet answered the phone. I gave him the stock numbers and he verified the two vehicles were still in stock. When I arrived at the dealership, Jim had a vehicle ready to go. The first thing Jim did was to demonstrate how the adaptive cruise control worked -- amazing! Jim was more of a teacher than a salesman; he answered questions I didn't even know to ask. So I felt very confident I had made the correct decision and I purchased the vehicle that afternoon. Jim laid out all the figures item by item and I thought the price was quite fair. The entire sales process took about three hours. More
