Once I decided on an Outback I took on visiting various dealerships, test driving vehicles and asking questions to all the dealerships I visited. Some dealerships I even visited 2x's. I compared service department knowledge, service fees, etc (apples to apples, or should I say, oil change to oil change, schedule B to schedule B, C to C, etc). No matter my experience, I kept coming back to how Subaru of Grand Blank made me feel after each and every visit, question, etc. My sales person was Kyle F. Yes, I would rec him, he is honest, no pressure, and thorough. You have to understand, Grand Blank is not exactly close, so they must be pretty good in order for me to choose to drive further. They also honored AAA or Costco car pricing. My vehicle even came in earlier than expected and....it was $20 cheaper than the initial write up. More
