I leased my second WRX from this dealership and from the same person both times in the last 6 years. The sales agent that helped me was Julian Baghdasarian. She was nothing but professional and gracious d same person both times in the last 6 years. The sales agent that helped me was Julian Baghdasarian. She was nothing but professional and gracious during the whole process. I felt that she was looking out for my best interests and not just making a sale. On my second lease, I called other dealerships in the area to find the best deal and really to search for the best service. I can tell none of them were receptive for my business and definitely not my interest then I remember Julian and contacted her. From the start, and after 6 years, Julian just made me feel like I've known her forever and provided me the best service for the second time in my experience of leasing a vehicle. More
This dealership is the typical one that you would imagine and dread going to. They would not sell their cars unless you buy the Cilajet coating and the paint protective film (PPF). Both items they say have a and dread going to. They would not sell their cars unless you buy the Cilajet coating and the paint protective film (PPF). Both items they say have already been applied, but you can only really verify the PPF edge guards and door handle protectors. They say the Cilajet has been already applied to the interior of the car and the exterior needs to be applied still (so they supposedly cant remove it). They start their pricing at $3000 for both items (but lucky you can reduce it), and will go to $695 for the PPF (4 door edge guards and 4 door cup handles) and $900 for Cilajet. Both these items are dealer upcharges they choose to put on for markup over MSRP. 3M door edge guards can be had for $17 per package and $16 for the door handle cup films. They will typically not answer direct questions on pricing, will add on huge doc fees (first time it was +-$600), and try to push the money around so it is hard to track and what exactly you are paying for. The first manage you speak with in the offices will say they can make decisions, but they really cant and go off to their supervisor to "check" if they can make some deal happen. Cilajet is a so so product, but best applied by an actual detailing shop that will last +-5 years. More
