James, Terry, and Jeff in the service department saved my day! I had rolled through the express service lane (unsure if I needed an appointment or not for my concern) on a Monday afternoon after I discovere day! I had rolled through the express service lane (unsure if I needed an appointment or not for my concern) on a Monday afternoon after I discovered a piece of metal hanging from the bottom of my car. I wanted to have it looked at to ensure it wasn’t anything major. James, the Foreman, took a look underneath my car and assured me that the hanging piece of metal was not part of my car but instead a piece of scrap metal that got lodged into undercarriage. He removed it and I was well on my way to getting back on the road without issue. Thank goodness! My issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. I am so grateful for these three helpful and kind men. I left feeling safe in my car again. I always appreciate the fantastic service I receive at Georgetown Subaru time and time again. Thank you again so much James, Terry, and Jeff!! More
Thank you to Alex Flores and Dean Royal for making our car buying experience quick and easy. We knew which models we wanted to see and Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and the functions of car buying experience quick and easy. We knew which models we wanted to see and Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and the functions of all of the features, especially with new technology and safety equipment. We were able to quickly decide what model and which trim fit our needs. Dean made the paperwork and financial part of the purchase easy for us to understand and helped us decide the best way to get the best deal and best coverage for the coming years. We never felt we were being pressured into any decisions. It is obvious that both Alex and Dean wanted us to be comfortable and happy with our decisions. They exceeded our expectations of how car purchasing should be. More
We are starting our search for a new car and my wife wanted to look at the Subaru Forester and the Outback. We stopped by Subaru of Georgetown on Tuesday June 18th around 3:30pm in the afternoon to t wanted to look at the Subaru Forester and the Outback. We stopped by Subaru of Georgetown on Tuesday June 18th around 3:30pm in the afternoon to talk to a salesperson. We went in and were greet by a not so friendly young lady sitting at the front desk. We told her what we were there for and she said she would find a salesman. After waiting 15 minutes my wife ask if she found a salesman which she replied she hadn't and proceeded to tell her she wasn't sure when one would be available. We left very unhappy with the dealership. We live in Georgetown so the dealership would be convenient. If this is any indication of how they treat a potential customer how would they treat you after you purchase a car/SUV. There are other dealerships in and around Austin that I am sure would be more than willing to sell a car/SUV. It is wonderful that Subaru of Georgetown has such a great business that they can turn away potential customers. More
Nice that I could make a reservation for a specific time/date with the new ownership. Not always possible in the past. In for a basic service which was handled promptly. The new owner, service manager, parts man Skylar, and my service writer Damian, went out of their way and satisfied me. I purchased my Outback from the previous owner who failed to insure that the problem I service writer Damian, went out of their way and satisfied me. If they will take care of the previous owner's new car customers, surely they will take care of their own new car customers. More
This car buying experience was different. My wife and I are senior citizens and typical of most, dread playing the car buying experience where you don’t know the rules of the game. Our visit to Subaru of Georgetown was not to buy but narrow down available SUVs offered by several manufacturers. We typically go with a more mature salesperson but this time we went with the young guy, Rueben. We were surprised. He listened, was patient and knew the features of the models we were considering. Our focus changed after the test drive. The Subaru Outback Turing XT had all the featured we wanted so now we are at the price "haggle". Again, it turned out to be easier to get to an acceptable price than we expected. Summary, low pressure, pleasant atmosphere, good stock of cars, and really friendly people. If you are looking for a new car my wife and I highly recommend checking out Subaru of Georgetown. More

They were able to get me exactly what I wanted without the "run around" that you get with some places. I am truly thankful for the way they do things.
