The man in finance, Mike tried to make me sign all the paperwork in a rush before I could look over everything. Luckily for me I had family who helped me sign my contract. Now that I have my car I’m having issues with my loan. Even though I drove off the lot with all of my papers and documents signed the dealership never actually secured my loan properly. After that issue was resolved it has been hard for me to contact the dealership for anything else concerning my car. I’m still driving around with a soon to be expired license tag and I haven’t heard a word from anyone and no one is calling me back. I had the same issue when it came down to gathering information on my first payment. It just feels like now that they got their deal from me they could care less about me as a customer. More
