I ordered my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek Sport from Subaru of Gallatin in August of 2022. I had to order because supply was almost nonexistent and the whole world was waiting on microchips. The entire process wa Gallatin in August of 2022. I had to order because supply was almost nonexistent and the whole world was waiting on microchips. The entire process was transparent! I was told roughly 4 months and took possession mid December. My salesman was Jesus. He was/is wonderful! He is polite and informative. He texted me every Monday with an update and answered any questions along the way. Never acted like I bothered him. I dealt with Jesus, Gabriel and Smitty. All great to work with. When I purchase my next Subaru it will be from here! More
