Morgan Auto Group should be embarrassed to be affiliated with this sales team. Classic example of why car dealerships have a reputation for being slimy thieves. Julian sold me a Subaru Forrester that was not legally fit for sale. 30 days after purchasing it, the engine blew up while I was driving on the highway with my son. They failed to disclose the service paperwork stating that they did not have any. That was a lie. They said there was nothing wrong with the car. That was a lie. I have since gained copies of the service records (that they claimed they didn’t have) and all 25 records show that there was an OUTSTANDING REQUEST ORDER for a new engine. I am now forced to let the car get repossessed or continue to pay $380 a month for a car that is a paper weight. They have been unresponsive, unaccountable and irresponsible. They have wasted thousands and thousands of my hard earned money with no remorse. I hope I can prevent any other single moms from getting financially wrecked by this company. More
I bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma in April and I was told everything was in tiptop condition and it ran smoothy on the short test drive. However, so far I've had to replace the oil pan, power steering pump, everything was in tiptop condition and it ran smoothy on the short test drive. However, so far I've had to replace the oil pan, power steering pump, a drive shaft, both air filters and a few belts. My first time ever getting on the highway with this truck my steering wheel shook like crazy, come to find out the was a broken tire pressure gage inside my front left tire. All of these things could have been prevented if they had inspected the vehicle properly. Complete an utter failure from both the mechanic and the sales associate. I get all my work done at Germain Toyota of Naples now. More

If you have any other option than this dealership, please take it. I bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and from the very beginning I was completely transparent with my salesman, Matt Kopp, in regard to how take it. I bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and from the very beginning I was completely transparent with my salesman, Matt Kopp, in regard to how much I wanted to pay. After almost a week of back-and-forth, we were able to agree on a final price of 30,900. But that wasn’t the only thing we’d agreed on, he told me he would hold the car overnight for me to get there the next day, as it was four hours away. I also informed him that on the day I’d be purchasing the car, i had an exam that same evening so he told me it wouldn’t take more than an hour for me to be back on the road for the four hour drive back. To my dismay, when I finally got there, three out of the four tires were worn so badly that they were unsafe. I tried to get him to credit me for the replacement cost, or at least cover half, but he wouldn’t budge. Than it took an hour and half for me to get into the finance office to sign the documents. I told the finance representative how late I was for my exam so he made sure to go very quickly and i trusted him and Matt enough to skim over most of it. However, that was a very wrong choice. They both decided to take advantage of my circumstances, as a 19-year-old college student and charge me nine hundred dollars more than what we agreed upon. I didn’t even notice until today because I needed to review my paperwork, as I am currently arguing with Subaru Corporate to get them to replace the unsafe tires. But nevertheless, this dealership shamelessly perpetuates the stereotype of the dirty salesman and I’m ashamed of both them and myself for not catching it. So please, if you have to buy from them, be extremely careful. Good luck 💕 More
It was extremely difficult to use their badly-out-of date web Page, but once I reached Ariel in service, she ANSWERED MY questions and had someone find the nail in my tire. I bought an Outback on 11/7/20 and signed for 6 warranties. . The next morning I went back to cancel all the warranties. . I was told it would take 8-10 weeks for the refund to be sent to my lienho warranties. . The next morning I went back to cancel all the warranties. . I was told it would take 8-10 weeks for the refund to be sent to my lienholder. . After numerous inquiries it's now been 6 months and nothing has happened. . I was told on 2/4/21 that it was being processed. . Then on 3/31/21 I was told that he check had been sent but it never was. . This almost sounds illegal. . I just wrote to the BBB and will talk with my lawyer today. . If you want a Subaru, I suggest you buy from some other dealer. More
