Everyone was very nice. My original salesman was Charles Clay and manager was Favio Rodas. We enjoyed our experience with Charles but he left so our new salesman was Hubert My original salesman was Charles Clay and manager was Favio Rodas. We enjoyed our experience with Charles but he left so our new salesman was Hubert Ronda. He was awesome- very polite, very knowledgeable, answered all questions and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend Hubert to anyone wanting to buy a Subaru. I hope he gets a raise! Hubert got me everything that we had agreed on with Charles- no problem. More

My experience has been horrendous - DO NOT buy a car from them. We canceled a warranty contract the day AFTER buying the car ( that was 1/1/23) and still have NOT received the refund. By Florida law, they ar them. We canceled a warranty contract the day AFTER buying the car ( that was 1/1/23) and still have NOT received the refund. By Florida law, they are REQUIRED to refund if canceled within 60 days, which we did the day AFTER buying the car. We have emailed and called over 15 times and they will not even call you back or respond to an email. At this point, I may need to contact a lawyer since they are breaking the law. More
