Bill absolutely lives up to the nickname “Cowboy.” He’s friendly, straight-shooting, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than pressured. Before I knew it, I had found the perfect car and was excited about the decision. The next stop was finance, where Lucas Monteiro, Finance Leader, made what can sometimes feel like the “paperwork rodeo” incredibly smooth. Lucas handled everything efficiently and professionally and somehow made the entire process pleasant.
