I did send a lengthy text message. I have dealt with this dealership for eight years and never been disappointed in the service I have received. Today my car was ready when I got there, it was clean and vacuumed, and the maintenance was completed as discussed. One of the young gals, who was moving cars around, gladly helped me reset my clock.
