Went in to inquire about an upholstery repair on my Subaru Outback. Cory Conklin was kind and friendly, and helped me to figure out a solution - within minutes he had a very reasonable quote for the j Subaru Outback. I came back the next day, and had my car attended to promptly and professionally. I was offered courtesy rides to and from an appointment, and I was treated wonderfully throughout the experience, finishing up with Kendal :) The repair was fantastic and I am super happy. Do not take your car to be serviced here! !! Took my BRAND NEW Forester here for its first oil change, and they didn't close the oil pan plug all the way. Oil leaked out of my car and blew bac !! Took my BRAND NEW Forester here for its first oil change, and they didn't close the oil pan plug all the way. Oil leaked out of my car and blew back all over the underneath of the vehicle. By the time I discovered the problem there was a pool of oil in my garage and no oil left in my car. Had to tow my vehicle to a oil change place and they found what they did to my car. Look at the pictures!! Dealership's only solution was to give me the phone number to Subaru's roadside assistance. I live over an hour away!!! This did me no good!!! As if I would let this dealership touch my car again!!! When I tried to call to speak to a manager, they sent me to someone's voicemail. When I call back again to explain what happened, they hung up on me. They have no idea what they put me through today, and they do not care either. Subaru corporate is going to hear about this for sure. More
