Disappointing Purchased a car from this dealer that was missing factory options. Took them months to finally correct (which required constant calling and emailing). I put a deposit on the car before I picked it up a week ahead of time and when I went to get the car they didn't have it ready, and did a very poor job detailing it (only got exterior surfaces no door jamb and under hood etc. I have found their internet staff to be very unresponsive. Getting information from them is like pulling teeth. Tin Tran was pleasant to deal with, he was there the day I picked the car up and didn't know why it wasn't ready for me. More
