Our service advisor was really helpful and even went above and beyond to help us get our warranty fix taken care of. My only complaint is the recommendation of the technician who suggested we get our en above and beyond to help us get our warranty fix taken care of. My only complaint is the recommendation of the technician who suggested we get our engine resealed for over $6000. Our vehicle is over ten years old and has almost 100,000 miles. That’s more than half what it’s worth. When we asked why that was needed, we were told it was just because of the age and mileage. That is not something on the list for 90,000 mile service from Subaru and is a very expensive “just because” repair. More

When you arrive in service, a service staff member should greet you at your car. After I arrived and waited, I went in. The first person whom I had to ask to assist me once he began was more concerned to hel greet you at your car. After I arrived and waited, I went in.
