When I took my car in for its regulator oil change I asked the service tech to replace the battery on my remote (the light indicator had been coming on and off and it's been to open the door). Always efficient service (oil change) despite no need to make appointment. Service advisor (Michelle C) is knowledgeable and friendly. Top of the line professionalism from the parts department, the service advisors, the service technicians that helped me and sales for being informative. This was my first time bringing my vehicle department, the service advisors, the service technicians that helped me and sales for being informative. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to this dealership and it was not a disappointment. I felt like I was treated like a VIP from all the staff members. However, the ones that need the shoutout were the ones that helped me, educated me, and informed me. Michelle, Zachary, Thomas, & Rene. Michelle kept me up to date with what was being done to my car. Zachary & Thomas worked on my vehicle and informed me what needs to be done next and what may have been done since I bought the vehicle used from a different location. While the work was being done on my car, my wife and I were walking around and Rene in Sales briefed us on an Ascent that was in the showroom that caught my wife's eye. They were all very professional and kind and made my overall experience absolutely pleasant. This is not only a place that I would service my vehicle, buy a vehicle but a place that I would even exercise an opportunity to work for. More
