Drew provided excellent customer service even before our meeting in person, that is, by honestly and quickly answering my questions, following through with what was promised and willingness to work around my schedule. When we met and went for a test drive of the Outback I was interested in, Drew continually pointed out features of the car. Unlike some of the other test drives I've been on, he educated me & not just asked, "how do you like it?" which is more typical. Upon buying the vehicle, Drew once again went over each feature and in more detail. I liked the Subaru Outback so much that I wound up buying a new car instead of the used one I came to the dealership for. The person who handled the payment side of the purchase, Tim Spokony, was also very personable, thorough and comfortable to talk with. It was an overall great experience and I would highly recommend the dealership. Drew, and his good sense of humor, was particularly exceptional. His knowledge, thoroughness and honesty were stand outs!!! More
