Great new car buying experence I contacted SubaruBR to buy a new WRX, they were the only dealer within 500 miles of my home to have the exact car I wanted. When I first contacted th I contacted SubaruBR to buy a new WRX, they were the only dealer within 500 miles of my home to have the exact car I wanted. When I first contacted the dealer Ethan responded to my online inquiry. He was prompt, answered all of my questions, offered me a fair price and was great to work with. I live about 7 hours away so when I arrived Ethan was actually waiting at the front door for me, took me on a test drive, answered all of my questions and had everything, even the paper work ready so I could get back on the road and head home. In the past I have found car dealerships to be pushy, high pressure and only care about selling a car and not the customer. This could not be further from the truth with SubarBR or Ethan. This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had - I only wish the dealership was closer to home. Regardless Ethan will be the only Subaru dealer I buy a new car from - should I want something else in the future. I know the system will only let me rate the dealer or Ethan as 5 star but Ethan exceed my expectations by such a large amount he deserves a much higher rating. Thank you for everything! More
