On our first day there, he kindly answered all of our questions, let us test drive the car we were interested in, and really treated us with respect. He was not pushy at all. When we decided on the car we wanted, that's when Carl and I really started working on a deal that I wanted. I told him the price I would pay and not only did he get me that price, he even went a little below what I was asking. Great experience with a great salesperson! One complaint though that had nothing to with Carl. It should be common knowledge at this point to not use tobacco products while working in front of a client. When we were working with the finance guy, he was using chewing tobacco and the smell of it was nauseating. I couldn't sign the paperwork fast enough to get out of there because of it. Real easy fix, don't use tobacco products in your place of work! More

But we had such a rewarding experience at Subaru of Baton Rouge. Our sales rep, Chase, was knowledgeable without being pushy and was interested in making sure we were happy with our car choice. The dealership isn't huge, so you don't feel swallowed up by any sort of car lot "machine" (like we did at other locations in town). At times when we were in the dealership waiting for our sales rep, the rest of the staff was courteous and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. More
