Buyer Experience - Far outclasses any other Brand dealership We did a large amount of Internet research to find a VERY SAFE, quality vehicle for our daughter's first car. She is a junior in high school, has been driving almost every day for over a year but we wanted a stylish, affordable, advanced technological TANK. EVERY WEBSITE PRAISED THE ENTIRE Subaru brand. We started looking at the 2015 Crosstrek at the end of its production cycle. We felt front collision avoidance, blind spot and rear side traffic warning were absolutes. The 2015 Crosstrek did not have these but the rest of the Subaru line did. Our daughter fell in love with the Crosstrek and we started to waver on the safety items. Lo and behold, Subaru ended the 2015 production cycle, simultaneously announcing all our desired safety features would be available on the 2016. We placed a "built to order" deposit. From that point on, Ryan and Davis kept us updated on the status of the car. We expected the vehicle to be delivered late November-early December. Then we received a call during the last week of October that the car was here. My daughter was resigned to driving her brother's car until near Christmas. To make this long story short, just about the entire dealership helped us plan a huge surprise today (11-03-2015) for an unsuspecting young lady. It went perfectly, red bow, wide eyes and tears. Then Ryan spent a very long time with her, teaching the use of the car and special things like how to read an oil dipstick, change fluids, fix flats. Every one in the dealership at some point today came out to introduce themselves and congratulate her. THIS DEALERSHIP SELLS THE HIGHEST QUALITY VEHICLES AND TREATS EVERY CUSTOMER AS IF THAT CUSTOMER WAS THEIR MOST SPECIAL CLIENT. My wife and a friend are now considering Subarus ( and we have owned all the fancy European and Japanese cars). Subarus will keep my family as a family and they are pretty awesome looking to boot!! I just got rid of a high end German vehicle because the service has so deteriorated. Want to have fun buying a great vehicle ? Go to Subsru of Baton Rouge. Addendum: closing the deal paperwork-wise could have taken hours as my wife was not readily available to sign. It took the dealership less than 45 minutes to get paperwork ready and made total convenience for my wife to sign. That's classy! More

Trying to trade a car in for another used car, employee used kellybluebook for my car and nada for their car's price, knowing that nada prices higher and kellybluebook prices lower naturally. Very unethical. Called a manager as well (david), left a voicemail and did not get an answer. Also called and complained to a different employee (ryan) who apologized and said he'd look into it and give call later that day, then never received a call. Would not recommend to anyone and am definitely bringing my business elsewhere. More
