Great experience I recently bought an Outback at the B R dealer and although buying a car is not one of my favorite experiences they made it much more pleasant. Right I recently bought an Outback at the B R dealer and although buying a car is not one of my favorite experiences they made it much more pleasant. Right from the start Mike (Kyle) was friendly, helpful and worked to find a vehicle for me and get it just like I wanted it. Ryan (Ross) was also very helpful too. Great experience and I love my Outback. More

After an exceptionally unpleasant experience with another dea I recently began looking for a new car and a friend of mine recommended going to Subaru. After an exceptionally unpleasant experience with another dealership I was amazed and incredibly happy with the level of customer service Subaru provides. When I first got there I dealt with Nick who was not in the least bit pushy, very informative, and encouraging without being overbearing. Later when I came back I was helped by Ryan Ross, and I can say that both of them were excellent. I never expected to enjoy car buying so much, and have so many laughs. I watched them greeting every customer and really taking their time. It earned my purchase, and I'm confident I'll be going back to them for every purchase in the future. I highly recommend them - and their products - to anyone. More

No Hassle; Knowledgeable, and Very Helpful!!! I bought a used vehicle (non-subaru) from them. They had just gotten the vehicle on the lot and it was so new that it had not yet made it into their I bought a used vehicle (non-subaru) from them. They had just gotten the vehicle on the lot and it was so new that it had not yet made it into their online inventory...but the salesman, Ryan Ross, already knew his stuff about the vehicle and helped me get the best deal very quickly. There was no hassle and all of my questions were answered...and everyone involved was courteous and friendly. Ryan and Paul made the entire process very quick and painless! I would definitely buy and recommend others to buy from this dealership. My experience all around was the best I have ever had buying a vehicle. More

They were fantastic with removing all of the glass debris and scheduling a replacement sun roof glass. The service that was in the rendered by each of the employees was world class.
