Very happy with my STI I went to the dealership looking for an Sti. Unfortunately, they had just sold the only one they had on the lot. Ryan was very friendly and helpful, and worked diligently to find me one at another dealership. It took a few days, but he finally found one for me. I'm very happy with my new car and may even go back when it is time to get another vehicle. More

David, was very pleasant to work with when filling out the paperwork on the car, he made it easier than I thought it would be. The entire process from start to finish was extremely pleasant, and I will definitely recommend Subaru of BR to my friends, when they ask about a where to buy a new car. More

So this was uncharted waters for me to deal with a new car dealer for the first time. I explained my situation to Ryan Ross. He was very understanding to my situation with the other dealer. We put together a deal and I gave my other dealer a chance to match it. I was very impressed with the entire management team. I felt right at home. There were no games in making the deal. All conversation was very honest and professional. By the time we had concluded our business, I had met all the employees working that day. The one constant that impressed me throughout the entire experience were the words "welcome to the family". That says it all about the company and its staff. WELL DONE! More

Refreshing Change I had been researching Subarus for a long time and wanted to test-drive a Forester based on the excellent outside reviews. However, I dreaded what I e I had been researching Subarus for a long time and wanted to test-drive a Forester based on the excellent outside reviews. However, I dreaded what I expected would be the typical dealership experience--high pressure sales followed by high pressure finance, if I decided to purchase the car. The Subaru BR dealership was nothing like what I expected. Our salesperson, Ryan Ross, was truly excellent--knowledgeable, personable, patient, and clearly more interested in making sure that we found a vehicle that met our expectations rather than just making a sale. One thing I really appreciated was his understanding that during a test drive, one wants to concentrate on listening and feeling the car's "ride." He never talked loudly over the driving in the way that some sales people will do, yet he was ready to answer any questions we had as we drove, as well as to point out what to expect at certain points during the drive. When it came time for the business end, Ryan and David Barbera were efficient and clear with the paperwork. The price was great, and the trade-in value for my old car more than fair. After the sale, Ryan spent an hour in the car, going over everything we needed to know. We really appreciated his care. This is a great dealership with the emphasis on service. I should also point out that we LOVE our new Subaru!!! More

I had a 2.5 hour drive there and back so I wish they would have had my car ready when I finished the paperwork and the satellite radio was not setup either, every other place you get a free subscription for 6-12 months. But I loved the staff and would still highly recommend this place and my salesman!!! Never go to koby Subaru!!! More
