Andrew Leat always reached out to see if I had any questions and returned my calls and emails, providing some very valuable information. It helps that he's got a great personality and awesome coworkers like Ethan! My second visit to the dealership sold me on the brand. The sales people in there were having fun but in a very professional way. The atmosphere was refreshing and relaxing. I know it's their job to point things out that you may not remember to ask about, but I left that lot with my new Crosstrek without a single question unanswered. If anyone is looking for a great, reliable vehicle, fair pricing, awesome people, Subaru of Baton Rouge is the place to go. More

When I arrived at the dealership, Kendall was there to greet us and he had the car ready for us to look at. Everyone at the dealership was nice and helpful. It was the opposite experience than what I was receiving in Lafayette at the same type of dealership. Our experience was pleasant and we walked away with the vehicle that we wanted. I will tell everyone about these guys! I went to Subaru of BR to look at the Forester. From the moment i arrived everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was comparing with a competitors vehicle and Andrew Leat and Ethan Venable answered every question (and there were many!) with patience and without pressuring me whatsoever. I really dislike a dealer who "reminds" me 3 times during the initial visit that i said if we could agree on numbers they would earn my business "today"... A total turnoff for me. This was not my experience with Andrew and Ethan... Quite the opposite. Andrew and Ethan, the "big guys" could take lessons from you! Although i have not purchased yet i will return to this dealership to purchase my next vehicle primarily because of the transparency of dealing with them and the patience they have exhibited towards me in allowing me to come to my own decision. They have changed my view of dealing with car salesmen for the better! It is my impression that they represent the qualities of the dealership in how they prefer to treat their customers. And I do prefer the Subaru! I am very happy with my experience. More

But I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or mislead. All of the facts were offered up without hesitation, and nothing was obscured or made to seem confusing either. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely pleasant and helpful, and I never felt like I was being pushed to do something I did not want to do. I ended up buying a vehicle, and Paul Cervantes assisted with the financing and paperwork. He was very helpful in explaining the details to me and to be as clear and concise as possible. I appreciated the great customer service from Andrew and Paul, and I believe I will be a lifetime Subaru owner because of it. More

We have a 02 WRX and I finally got my own a new 2016 Crosstrek! We came all the way from Covington just to personally deal with BR and Ryan. We literally love three blocks away from a Subaru in Covington but they lack personality and the service we get here at BR! They will have our long lasting loyalty. This may be my first personally but it certainly won't be my last! We will pass this on to my daughter when she turns 16 and we will then I shall upgrade again with Suabru of BR! We did and returned two days later to purchase our new car. Ethan and Andrew (english accent)Leat were very helpful. I hate shopping for new cars but I feel like i was showed everything that I would ever need to know about my new car! Thank you to both of you guys for making me feel like one of the family. Subaru is blessed to have both of you on staff. More
