First Time Subaru Owner I recently purchased an Outback at Subaru of Baton Rouge and was extremely pleased with the personnel who handled the sale. The day before I went to I recently purchased an Outback at Subaru of Baton Rouge and was extremely pleased with the personnel who handled the sale. The day before I went to the dealership, I had spoken on the phone with Ethan, but when I arrived I incorrectly gave another name at the front desk and was told there was no one there by that name. We were assigned another salesperson, Alyson, and after working with her for about an hour, she realized that it was Ethan that I had spoken to on the phone the day before. She was immediately ready to turn our business over to him. He declined, but they eventually worked the sale together. I was very impressed with the way they handled what was my mistake in not remembering Ethan's name. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about about the car. This is the first Subaru that I own. I love the size of the car, how it handles, and it is a very good looking vehicle. In the last 15 years I've owned Toyota's and Mercedes, but am very impressed so far with this Outback. I would definitely recommend visiting Subaru of Baton Rouge when shopping for a car. Thank you. Awesome Experience All Around!! This was my first time purchasing a car. I was pretty lost and Subaru helped me out every step of the way, making it a really fun experience without This was my first time purchasing a car. I inquired about a certified pre-owned Crosstrek via the company website, and Kendall emailed me soon after that to discuss. He provided all the information I asked for, including a weird question (I had a British Columbia license from living abroad - he advised me to get a Louisiana one ASAP and referred me to the Express DMV). After test driving the car, I fell in love with it but wasn't sure if I could make it work financially. So I looked into some other options, but I was still thinking about my electric blue baby Crosstrek. After looking at some numbers and reprioritizing some things, I thought maybe I could swing it. (Kendall had given me a financial formula to get a rough idea of down payments, monthly payments, etc). So I came back to the dealership yesterday a couple hours before closing. Ethan helped me because Kendall was with another customer, and I took another test drive. Ethan was very friendly and enthusiastic. Then Kendall and I went to work on the deal and he made it happen, even though I could tell it had been a super long day and he had been going nonstop. This dealership had been helping a lot of flood victims get into desperately needed vehicles. Kendall was very straightforward and focused throughout the process. Eventually I got to work with Paul in Finance - he was awesome too. Efficient, funny, and very informative. He also answered all my newbie questions very thoroughly, even though it was time to close up shop and it was getting dark outside. They got me out the door and into my new car, and let me park my old one in a well-lit area to pick up later. I've had my car for about 15 hours and I'm no less than OBSESSED! Thank you Subaru of BR! Excellent service I had been to several dealerships in the greater Baton Rouge area looking for one specific vehicle and the car salesman at Subaru were by far the most I had been to several dealerships in the greater Baton Rouge area looking for one specific vehicle and the car salesman at Subaru were by far the most friendly and helpful people I had come across. I walked in to test drive a car I had been looking at and ended up purchasing that day. It was my first time buying a vehicle and they were super patient and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Other dealerships were trying to pressure me into buying something i did not want but the salesman at Subaru were strictly there to help me find what I was looking for with no pressure! I highly recommend them and ask for Kendall T. More

David Barbera arranged very flexible financing and we picked up the car the next day. From homeless and wheelless to traveling in style in less than 20 hours!
