Excellent experience! I was expecting the typical salesperson pitch,the hours of going back and forth haggling when I arrived at the Baton Rouge location. I was mistaken. I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai, which I didn't expect to see on their large inventoried lot! Every person at this business was courteous and very helpful. My salesperson Missy,was knowledgeable,patient,and kind. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience that I have had. I felt comfortable and relaxed while this team worked with me . They helped me get the vehicle I wanted for the price I needed. There was no stress with my purchase. This team of people knew their business and how to relate to customers. I highly recommend Subaru of Baton Rouge! More

Replacing vehicle lost in flood waters! I was not in the market for a car at this time, but the Flood of 2016 changed my mind. Kendall Theunissen, my salesman, was such a tremendous help; h I was not in the market for a car at this time, but the Flood of 2016 changed my mind. Kendall Theunissen, my salesman, was such a tremendous help; he did not lose his patience with me when I had to cry a couple of times! He knew my budget and helped me find a low-mileage previously owned vehicle that I have fallen in love with! Every individual that I dealt with at Subaru and Acura was extremely helpful...professional and courteous...understanding of the position the flood had put me in, financially and emotionally!
