Excellent experience! I was expecting the typical salesperson pitch,the hours of going back and forth haggling when I arrived at the Baton Rouge location. I was mistaken. I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai, which I didn't expect to see on their large inventoried lot! Every person at this business was courteous and very helpful. My salesperson Missy,was knowledgeable,patient,and kind. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience that I have had. I felt comfortable and relaxed while this team worked with me . They helped me get the vehicle I wanted for the price I needed. There was no stress with my purchase. This team of people knew their business and how to relate to customers. I highly recommend Subaru of Baton Rouge! More

Replacing vehicle lost in flood waters! I was not in the market for a car at this time, but the Flood of 2016 changed my mind. Kendall Theunissen, my salesman, was such a tremendous help; h I was not in the market for a car at this time, but the Flood of 2016 changed my mind. Kendall Theunissen, my salesman, was such a tremendous help; he did not lose his patience with me when I had to cry a couple of times! He knew my budget and helped me find a low-mileage previously owned vehicle that I have fallen in love with! Every individual that I dealt with at Subaru and Acura was extremely helpful...professional and courteous...understanding of the position the flood had put me in, financially and emotionally! If you are in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle, go see Kendall or any of the other professional salespersons at Subaru...once they find your vehicle the financial staff takes care of the rest. I personally visited two Subaru dealerships and contacted another via internet. My car buying experience with Subaru of Baton Rouge was by far the best I've ever enjoyed. Allison Brawley was an excellent salesperson, along with some attention by Ethan Venable. The general manager, David, was most attentive, as was David in finance. Got my 2017 WRX yesterday. I walked into the dealership unannounced, I was greeted by a big smile from Allison. She was super nice and a pleasure to work with. I returned the next day, Allison was busy with another customer at the time. So she had me work with Ryan who was great as well. We ended up working out a deal and i was able to get my WRX, my dream car. If you ever want a car buying experience where the staff actually cares about you and your needs go to Subaru Baton Rouge. I went to many other dealerships like honda and etc, and the sales staff at those dealerships didnt even try to show me features of the car, just walked up and said do you want to buy it. Then got annoyed when i said i want to look around some more. This has been the best experience i have ever had at a dealership! More
