They were able to find me a car for a great deal and then helped include several extra warranties. When we were talking about extra coverage and how it worked, I joked to my sales rep: "That's not a very good business model." Tatiana responded:"The community has taken great care of us, we want to return the favor." All my questions were fully answered with integrity, care, patience, and humor. Later, while talking about financing options and coverage, my finance person, Mike, first wanted to make sure I felt good about everything and that I felt cared about.
