My 26yo Subie was in for new struts. This Service dept was perfect: got me on the schedule and ordered the new parts within 2 days, check-in was easy, work took about as long as predicte This Service dept was perfect: got me on the schedule and ordered the new parts within 2 days, check-in was easy, work took about as long as predicted and they charged me exactly what they estimated (which was almost precisely what an independent workshop wanted to charge.) Facility was super clean and solar powered. They even shuttled me and partner about 5 miles away for lunch and back while they did the work. Really, honestly, they could not have done it better.. Unfortunately, they did a safety inspection and discovered my ancient Impreza is almost worn out, needs $8000 more repairs, but it's no big surprise, and it's sure not their fault. As a result my only criticism is of corporate Subaru: they don't currently (Dec '23) have any decent fully electric EVs to sell -- their new Solterra = Toyota bZ4X is so incredibly ugly and too expensive. More
