This place is a literary a life saver for my family. We have been traveling in our Subaru from California when warning lights came on our dash. We took it to Corvallis Subaru service. I was greeted by three wonderfully kind and patient service advisors and Technicians. I was fearful, far from home, our main security has been our car. Angela handled everything for me including getting a shuttle to the local hotel. Dustin the mechanic who had heard about our situation started working on my the car even though it was late in the day and completed it early next morning so we were done before check out time! I can’t express how grateful we are that this wonderful place treated us like family and kept our road trip safe and on track, we are so very grateful to you! Special thanks to all the team who went out of their way to take such good care of us, but I had to hug Dustin and Angela because they saved the day. Cory Conklin was kind and friendly, and helped me to figure out a solution - within minutes he had a very reasonable quote for the j Subaru Outback. Do not take your car to be serviced here! !! Took my BRAND NEW Forester here for its first oil change, and they didn't close the oil pan plug all the way. Oil leaked out of my car and blew bac !! Took my BRAND NEW Forester here for its first oil change, and they didn't close the oil pan plug all the way. Oil leaked out of my car and blew back all over the underneath of the vehicle. By the time I discovered the problem there was a pool of oil in my garage and no oil left in my car. Had to tow my vehicle to a oil change place and they found what they did to my car. Look at the pictures!! Dealership's only solution was to give me the phone number to Subaru's roadside assistance. I live over an hour away!!! This did me no good!!! As if I would let this dealership touch my car again!!! When I tried to call to speak to a manager, they sent me to someone's voicemail. When I call back again to explain what happened, they hung up on me. They have no idea what they put me through today, and they do not care either. Subaru corporate is going to hear about this for sure. More
