Very disappointed. They said I needed to replace alternator belt for $242 because it was cracked. There was nothing wrong with it! I declined putting it in, I bought one at auto zone for $25.99 and when my son-in-law took the old belt out, the old belt has no cracking on and it was perfectly fine. I can’t trust this Subaru dealership of Hackettstown because they didn’t tell me the truth and I won’t recommend them to anyone. More

The Subaru Dealer serviced my car, but unfortunately, they lack the ability to wash a car properly. They were supposed to use a microfiber cloth to wash my car, but they didn't, they used a brush, a buck they lack the ability to wash a car properly. They were supposed to use a microfiber cloth to wash my car, but they didn't, they used a brush, a bucket filled with water, and soap. I can clearly see the swirl on the hood of my car. they called themself professionals, but they failed to properly wash my car. They are supposed to use water first, a microfiber cloth, a buck filled with water, and soap. Instead they use a brush on a dry surface.This is how you ruined a paint job.A very unprofessional job at best. More
