The Subaru Dealer serviced my car, but unfortunately, they lack the ability to wash a car properly. They were supposed to use a microfiber cloth to wash my car, but they didn't, they used a brush, a buck they lack the ability to wash a car properly. I can clearly see the swirl on the hood of my car. they called themself professionals, but they failed to properly wash my car. They are supposed to use water first, a microfiber cloth, a buck filled with water, and soap. Instead they use a brush on a dry surface.This is how you ruined a paint job.A very unprofessional job at best. More

I went to Hackettstown Subaru to have an oul leak looked at. I received excellent, friendly service (they even vacuumed my driver’s seat).
