First of all, the service advisor didn't ask me who I was, I said I'm really early and then "assumed" I was the customer that was scheduled at 3p because I am brown and called me that person's name who was Indian. Then the woman at the end said no that's not her, she hasn't been here before. Then went on to saying, "oh, ok, what's your name?" Secondly, I was there for TWO HOURS, when I go to Newton Subaru, I'm in and out in no more than 45 minutes, and I'm continuously kept in loop as to what's going on. And before they wrap up, they come talk to me and tell me these are items that need attention, do I want to have it taken care of now or should they make another appointment. With your service advisor, he came to me at the TWO hour mark and said I was done. Third, I never agreed to a tire rotation, it was added onto my bill!! I'm already paying $99.99 for an oil change, and then was charged $39.99 for a service I didn't ASK for. when I told him that this is not a service that I agree to, he got annoyed with me and said fine just pay the $99.99. On the check off sheet that is given at the end of a service, I had a lot of RED FLAGS that needed attention, new brakes, cabin and engine filters needed to be changed. My kids are always in my car with me, and for me to drive around with all these issues, is just negligence, the whole point of you guys doing a check at the end of the service is to make sure that that car is safe for the customer to drive, and your department failed at that. Now, my car is sitting in Newton, and because of everything that has to be done to it, I will not be getting my car back until Tuesday or Wednesday. Long story short, I'M NEVER COMING BACK, first impressions are always the last impression, your department was sloppy.
