The receptionist introduced me to Oliver the manager who greeted me with an upbeat attitude and introduced me to Carly Ma, the salesperson who would help me. She was wonderful. She helped me pick out a color (crimson pearl) and showed me the different financing options. The next day when I went to pick up the car she took the time to show me how to link my phone with the cars computer. It was very helpful as I am not too technically savvy. I would reccomend Westchester Subaru as a dealer and especially Carly as a salesperson. More

How was yours?" please do not go on to describe your search for lingerie at Lord and Taylor and Victoria's Secret. 2. And don't follow that tale with a long-winded one about your discovery of Shake Shack when looking for VS and ask the client if she thinks SmashBurger is better. 3. When given a specific VIN # for the car the client wants to test drive, don't say, "I'll go get it," and then bring around a different car. 4. When the client asks why this isn't the car she wants to drive, don't make up a lie on the spot about how it's sold, or sorry, no, it's just unavailable right now. 5. When client repeats for the 5th time in your encounter that she is here to simply drive a base model, do not respond with, "But I just wanted you to see how comfortable this one is. It's basically the same thing." 6. If the client insists (AGAIN) for what was promised and you say, "Well, we'll need to set up another appointment if that's what you want to do," don't be so surprised when the client leaves abruptly saying, "This is not working out. I am going home now." 7. Finally, after an encounter like this, do not send a cheery email 30 minutes later letting the client know that it was a pleasure working with her and you're always at her service. More

Excellant place to do business with I purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester from Oliver Buckle on 1/29/18. Along with the sales manager, Tracy Keith, we were able to make this sale happen. Everything went very well during the delivery process except over a hour wait to see the finance manager due to someone ahead of me. Oliver paired up my Apple i6 to the radio system in the above vehicle and went over all the controls with me. He's a very professional well dressed guy and I highly recommend dealing with him. More

I never received a phone call or contact. I had to arrive only to be told they were out of stock. Not a good way to treat a customer no less a new customer. Very disappointing More

Serviced My Subaru Everyone was friendly & courteous. The waiting room was comfortable. The new bathrooms very nice. I even had my Car washed. Tom Cominsky was very Everyone was friendly & courteous.
