Our car was not ready for us to pick up, despite scheduling a time with our salesperson. It took over two hours for the dealership to prepare our car once we already arrived. We left to get lunch an scheduling a time with our salesperson. It took over two hours for the dealership to prepare our car once we already arrived. We left to get lunch and come back but the car hadn’t even arrived. We tried to complete our financing paperwork in the meantime, but we’re told to do so after the car was finished, which just took additional time. Once we finally got to the paperwork, the salesperson had not entered the agreed upon interest rate, which took additional time to sort out. After the car was ready, all salespeople in the dealership were in a meeting, leaving us (and every other customer) waiting to finish our transaction and no one to talk to. The delay in getting our car and competing our transaction was unacceptable. I would not go back to this dealership. More
