For me buying a car is usually not a pleasant experience and I can't say I looked forward to beginning it again. But I knew I wanted to try a Subaru and I knew what I wanted in the car. Shaye ordered the ca and I can't say I looked forward to beginning it again. But I knew I wanted to try a Subaru and I knew what I wanted in the car. Shaye ordered the car for us and Hector took over, arranging pick-up and insurance ahead of time and teaching us all we needed to know about our new vehicle. Even the financing portion was enjoyable. We love our new car and will return to for servicing when needed. Happy we chose White Plains Subaru! More

My son put a deposit on a vehicle and returned the next day to complete the deal with approved credit union financing. He was told they made a mistake and already had taken a previous deposit on the vehic day to complete the deal with approved credit union financing. Doesn't seem like something a reputable dealership would do. More

Easy appointment, friendly staff, quick service, very good wifi, they even offer to wash your car its waaayyy better than Subaru in central ave. The service was incredibly fast. I was very happy with the speed of service. My wife and I waited 20mins or less for an inspection. Nonetheless, I was disappointed with the complimentary car wash. The customer service agent told me, it was to cold to wash my brand new 2022 Subaru. He also tole me, it was best to return when the weather reached around 60 degrees. However, as I was paying my bill at the counter. I heard other customer's cars were being washed. This news turned me off with this particular customer service agent. Although, I was very happy with the speed of service he provided, but also very disappointed he mislead me at the same time. More
