The dealership was great upon leasing. They asked us to use their service department. They pickup and deliver vehicle free of charge which is amazingly convenient. Very clean/new and they go out of their way to provide service above and beyond other service centers. The fact that one can either reserve a loaner (with a few days' notice) or get a ride (from Uber or L service above and beyond other service centers. If you do want to wait, the waiting area is clean and laid out so you can socially distance- so important these days. They got the job done with expedience. Service Dept is excellent. Staff is very customer focused, courteous & attentive. On a 10 scale our experience this year ( 2022 ) has been a solid 9.5. When Starlink called to say something might be wrong with my cameras I called Suburu and made an appointment to have this looked at. Suburu came early in the morning picked up my car which was absolutely fab my cameras I called Suburu and made an appointment to have this looked at.
