Service Dept is excellent. Staff is very customer focused, courteous & attentive. On a 10 scale our experience this year ( 2022 ) has been a solid 9.5. When Starlink called to say something might be wrong with my cameras I called Suburu and made an appointment to have this looked at. Suburu came early in the morning picked up my car which was absolutely fab my cameras I called Suburu and made an appointment to have this looked at. Suburu came early in the morning picked up my car which was absolutely fabulous for me. Justin kept in touch with me all day to tell me what was going on.
