Excellent Service , top notch level of care. I came in unannounced for what I thought was the end of the world. On a very busy day it appeared, Steve put me at ease and , top notch level of care. He takes the time to explain things to me and gives me options. He is friendly and professional. He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. Once, he even walked me through how to check something under the hood via phone. I knew he was busy but he took the time to help me. I have been so impressed with Jerry over the years, I have absolute trust and respect for him. I live 30 miles from the dealership and work 60 miles from the dealership. Jerry always works with me so that I can get the service I need without affecting my work schedule. Thank you Jerry! More

They always listen, offer advice/information and are always very helpful. Their loaner service for major repairs or service is extremely convenient. Jerry Zack, my service writer is the best. And I should know, I was married to a VW Service Writer and one time. My salesperson back then was great also, I look forward to purchasing my next new vehicle from this place. More

The entire dealership is very professional and courteous, the facility is always clean and comfortable and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Jerry Zack my service advisor is great! He is friendly and most importantly, I can trust him and what he tells me. There is no question that he has his customers best interest in mind. I'll never buy a vehicle or have it serviced anywhere else and this is why: I recently purchased a used Subaru Outback from another dealer. Two months after purchasing this vehicle I started having issues with the AC. This was a major problem being that it is summer in Arizona and the temps are averaging 110°. I brought the car into Subaru of Chandler and they discovered that the freon in my vehicle was contaminated, possibly the dealer I had purchased my Subaru from had used the wrong freon when they had charged it. Subaru of Chandler didn't have the machine necessary to remove the contaminated freon and suggested that I contact the other dealer. I took the issue up with the dealer I bought the car from and was told they couldn't help me, I'd have to take it elsewhere to have the freon replaced but they had no suggestion as to where. When I contacted Subaru of Chandler for any suggestions on where this could be done Jerry told me he would look into it and call me back. Just a little while later I got a call from Curtis the service manager. Curtis was extremely kind and said they would help me. He could have easily referred me elsewhere to have the work done, instead he ordered the machine necessary to fix my AC. I am so thankful for this level of service!!! It really was above and beyond and I will never forget it. The Service department at Subaru Superstore of Chandler is excellent and I can't say enough good things about them!! More
Awesome Parts Service! Last week, I had a MAP sensor go bad on my 2016 STi. After calling around several of my local dealerships here in Colorado, I learned the only spot i Last week, I had a MAP sensor go bad on my 2016 STi. After calling around several of my local dealerships here in Colorado, I learned the only spot in the nation that had these parts available was the main Subaru parts warehouse, I believe in Oregon. So I jumped online and searched for an online Subaru parts store that could help get this part at a reasonable price and as quick as possible. All local dealerships here in Colorado wanted close to 400 bucks and 10+ days for the MAP sensor. With a part as critical as a MAP sensor, that was unacceptable in my situation. I finally found the part on Subaru Superstore of Chandler's website for under 200! (https://parts.subarusuperstore.com/) I then contacted the Chandler store to see about getting that part expedited to me ASAP. The gentleman I spoke to, Brock Bourne, was not only super friendly and knowledgeable to talk with, he went above and beyond to get that part rushed to his store and then rushed it to me. I had the part in hand quicker than I expected, all due to Brock's prompt help. I highly recommend the Subaru Superstore of Chandler and Brock Bourne for getting things done right and as quickly as possible. 5 stars service for sure! =) More

There is no apparent limit to the kindness you are shown here, and it's genuine. They truly go out of their way to ensure that as a Subaru owner you are treated like royalty. This was my fourth visit here for service and their technicians have to be industry leaders as I've never had less than completely superb service. Wh Jerry Zack is my Service Advisor. Jerry always takes outstanding care of all my servicing or any problems I have with my 2017 Subaru Outback. When I make an appointment with Jerry I know that he will take very good care of me and my Outback. Jerry always keeps me informed on the progress of my vehicle, if for some reason they need more time to do the repairs he notifies me in plenty of time so I can rearrange my schedule. A good service department is what I look for when I buy a new car. Your see the salesmen “who was also outstanding and still I still see, (Charlie Webb) to say Hi” when you have your car in for service.
