Mr. Odette, 3 hours is ridiculous, I agree! This is also out of the ordinary, our standard oil service, inspection, and car wash usually take just over an hour. I apologize we wasted so much of your day. You are also correct; the filters should have been addressed during your visit; you shouldn’t need to make an extra trip.
