Service Department Prompt, Friendly, and Does a Great Job I purchased a Forster in 2016. While the only repair needed was a recall item, they have also done all the maintenance on my vehicle. Without fail, I purchased a Forster in 2016. While the only repair needed was a recall item, they have also done all the maintenance on my vehicle. Without fail, every interaction with the service department has been pleasant. The repair and any maintenance I have gotten has always been done well. Their waiting area is really nice, too. There is an area to charge phones or plug in your laptop, comfortable chairs, and television screens. They also have a snack bar that is complimentary. Cookies, hot chocolate or coffee, water, etc... A very pleasant experience. More

Horrible Service Dept My 2016 Impreza in dash display was unresponsive: * When i went to have it replaced, the service dept failed to order the part. * When the part wa My 2016 Impreza in dash display was unresponsive: * When i went to have it replaced, the service dept failed to order the part. * When the part was finally replaced, the heater/AC knob (which is connected to the display) no longer functioned. * When i went back again to have the above bullet corrected, the hood was NOT shut all the way which i discovered on the 60 doing 65MPH. Great Service with Jerry Jerry Zack is my Service Advisor. I have never had a problem with my Outback when it is in for service and Jerry is watching over it. Below is what I said last time I rated Subaru superstore of Chandler. And I am still very happy to have Jerry as my service advisor. Jerry always takes outstanding care of all my servicing or any problems I have with my 2017 Subaru Outback. When I make an appointment with Jerry I know that he will take very good care of me and my Outback. Jerry always keeps me informed on the progress of my vehicle, if for some reason they need more time to do the repairs he notifies me in plenty of time so I can rearrange my schedule. A good service department is what I look for when I buy a new car. Your see the salesmen “who was also outstanding and still I still see, (Charlie Webb) to say Hi” when you have your car in for service. Major, major xxxxxxto Adam and Morgan for going above and beyond for us!! Also, sincere thanks to the gentleman that met us to receive and deliver our vehicles...he was so great and we feel horrible that we forgot his name!!! As a sidenote, our four-legged family were welcomed and treated with the same kindness that we were when they came with us to drop our vehicles off. So appreciated!! More

Excellent service department When the check engine light came on, all functions related to the 'eye sight' system stopped working. I drove into the service aisle and even though When the check engine light came on, all functions related to the 'eye sight' system stopped working. I drove into the service aisle and even though I did not have an appointment, the issue was diagnosed within a few minutes - the catalytic converter had failed. The check engine light was reset and I made an appointment for the repair. All service was completed within the estimated time. The entire service staff is friendly and professional. More
